Macramé

Is acient form of textile-making using knots, without the support of hooks or needles. Each piece is composed of an amount of threads handknotted together dozens, hundred of times in order to give it the shape disposition wanted.

Each piece of the MEDUSA jar collection is handmade by me with lots of patience, passion and care in very limited numbers!

I first started experimenting with making macrame hurricane jars last year when I made a few jars and pillow covers for myself and friends. I love to design my new pillow and jars, choosing my new piece of clear glass jar and combine it with the right geometrical shape.
